Founded in 2022 and based in Malden, Massachusetts, JMO supports property management companies and REITs with recurring maintenance, MEP expertise, and broader property services.
Property teams need dependable technical service and a partner who can coordinate the work. JMO connects maintenance and repairs with turnovers, restoration, roofing, renovations, and capital improvements, so the relationship can continue as a property’s needs change.

CEOJoão brings experience building and scaling service businesses. He built a logistics company serving major corporate customers and led its sale to a global provider. At JMO, his focus includes strategy, sales, finance, technology, and operating systems.
Jeronimo “Jel” Almeida
Founder and COOJel brings more than 20 years of Massachusetts construction and real-estate experience, including remodeling, custom homes, and development. He co-founded Mattos Company in 2004 and leads JMO’s focus on field execution and delivery.
Armando Marques
CFOArmando is a financial services leader with 20 years of experience in strategic and financial planning across corporate and investment banking, wealth management, and asset management. He is a CFA charterholder.
