Is JMO a one-stop property services provider?
Yes. JMO is a B2B service provider for property management companies and REITs. We connect MEP expertise and recurring maintenance with general repairs, turnovers, restoration, roofing, renovations, and capital improvements.
What does a recurring service program include?
The agreed scope covers properties and systems, maintenance tasks, visit frequency, reporting, and account reviews. It identifies included work and repairs requiring separate approval and pricing.
Can we start with one property or one service?
Yes. Start with a defined scope and add services or properties over time. Individual repairs do not require preventive program enrollment; scope, pricing, and payment terms are agreed separately.
Can JMO work alongside our maintenance staff?
Yes. We support internal teams with specialty trades, emergency service, seasonal work, projects, and overflow capacity.
Do you provide water damage restoration and mold remediation?
Yes. JMO coordinates restoration and remediation for affected units and common areas, along with plumbing repairs, general repairs, and reconstruction as needed. The scope is agreed for each property.
Who performs the work?
JMO operates field teams through its services, construction, and roofing businesses. We confirm the delivery team and requirements for your scope, with JMO responsible for coordination and follow-through.
What response times and turnover schedules can we expect?
Response commitments are agreed for your properties, with emergencies prioritized through our 24/7 line. Turnover dates follow review of unit condition and the approved scope.
Where do you work?
We serve Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Contact us to confirm service availability and response coverage for each location.
