A service relationship built around your properties
Begin with an assessment of your building systems and service needs. We agree on the scope, onboard your properties, and coordinate planned visits and incoming requests through one account relationship.

Assessment and onboarding
We review your equipment, recurring issues, and upcoming work. Together we define the covered properties and systems, maintenance calendar, response commitments, access arrangements, and escalation contact.
We confirm who can authorize work, which spending limits apply, how additional scope will be approved, and how invoices should identify each property or ownership entity. Reporting requirements are agreed during onboarding.
How a request moves forward
Step 1: Request
Contact your JMO account team by phone or email. Share the property, issue, urgency, and available access details. For an emergency, call (617) 500-6679.
Step 2: Coordinate
We assess the request, confirm required approval, and arrange the appropriate team. JMO coordinates scheduling and resident access as needed.
Step 3: Resolve
The team performs the agreed work. If findings change the scope, JMO communicates the issue and seeks the required authorization before proceeding.
Step 4: Report
Completion notes, photos, and billing information provide a record of the work. Agreed account reviews connect that history with outstanding repairs and future priorities.
Service priorities and response commitments
Emergency requests receive priority through our 24/7 service line. Urgent and routine work is scheduled according to the agreed service level. Response commitments are confirmed for each account and coverage area. Turnover schedules follow review of unit condition and the approved scope.
Begin with a service plan or an immediate need
A recurring program establishes scheduled maintenance, with included work and separately priced repairs defined in advance. You can also start with a specific repair or project without enrolling in a preventive program. Scope, pricing, and payment terms are agreed for the work.
